After 4 years of campaigning against 2 planning applications and an appeal - all refused by East Riding Council and the former Secretary of State Eric Pickles - the new Secretary of State Greg Clark was due to publish his final decision on 18th June 2015. The date has now been delayed until after June 20th, when the Governement will decide on whether or not to allow B&K's second appeal, which would overturn all former decisions against their planning application to breed around 2,000 beautiful Beagles, annually, for painful and traumatic vivisection experiments that current science now shows also fail human patients.
The president of the medical Board which illustrates our scientific case was invited to testify at the EU Parliament on May 11th, for an historic initiative created by 1.173 million EU citizens!!
